Shipping from U.A.E
Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) & GCC only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Methods and Fees: We offer standard shipping for all orders. The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Order Processing Time: Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the UAE is 2-5 business days from the date of order processing. GCC Shipping is within 5-8 Working Days. However, please understand that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or through the shipping carrier’s online tracking system.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team by email info@closetta.ae or phone to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, or other documentation.
- Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange for a different item, as per your preference.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care products. Additionally, any items that are marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the item.
